The white viscera quarantine conveyor is one of the indispensable devices in cattle slaughtering and processing. It checks the head, intestines, stomach, heart, liver, and carcass of carcass synchronously. It has the advantages of stable transmission, convenient inspection, and a high degree of automation.
The white internal organs, that is, the intestines and belly, are stripped from the chest of the cow. Put the removed white viscera into the pneumatic white viscera chute below, and slide the white viscera through the chute into the David inspection tray of the disc-type white viscera quarantine conveyor for inspection.
It is synchronously transported to the inspection area by the quarantine conveyor for sampling inspection.
The unqualified white viscera are separated by the separation device, poured into a closed car, and pulled out of the slaughter workshop for processing.
