Slaughter and bleeding
1, Blood can be drained in either a horizontal or vertical position. Make a cut below the cow's throat, then horizontally sever the esophagus, trachea, and blood vessels.
2, The bloodletting knife should be disinfected by soaking it in hot water at no lower than 82°C, with one end at a time. After disinfection, the knives should be used in rotation.
3, The bleeding time should not be less than 6 minutes.
The time from stunning to slaughter and bleeding should not exceed 1.5 minutes.

Hanging the cattle
1, Attach a calf chain to the rear leg of the cattle, initiate the hoist to raise it at a steady speed, and then suspend it onto the track.
Electric stimulation
1, During the process of draining blood, it is advisable to apply electrical stimulation to the cow's head or neck and back.
2, During electrical stimulation, it should be ensured that the cow carcass is effectively connected to the electrodes of the electrical stimulation device. The working voltage of electrical stimulation should be 42V, and the duration of action should not be less than 15s.
