2, Stunning requirements
2.1 A cattle restraint device should be installed to ensure the stunning strike hits the correct spot.
2.2 After the cow is rendered unconscious, its heart should continue to beat, and it should remain in a comatose state, without causing death or repeated loss of consciousness.
