Fore hoof cutting
1, Cut off the ligaments and flesh connecting the wrist joint with a knife, cut off the front hoof, number it, and place it in a designated container.
Ligation of esophagus
1, To separate the trachea and esophagus, it is advisable to separate them at the junction of the esophagus and stomach.
2, Tie the top of the esophagus firmly to prevent the contents from flowing out.

Peel off the hind leg skin
1, Cut downwards from the tarsal joint, with the blade pointing upwards along the midline of the inner side of the hind leg to open the cowhide.
2, Peel off the cowhide from above the tarsal joint to the base of the tail along the inner line of the hind leg towards the left and right sides, while cutting off the genitals.
3, Cut off the tail tip and place it in the designated container.
