Peel off the chest and abdomen skin

1, Use a knife to lift the abdominal skin along the midline of the chest and abdomen from the chest to the crotch.

2, Peel off the skin of the chest and abdomen along the midline of the abdomen to the left and right sides until reaching the fossa.

Peel off the skin of the neck and front legs

1, Cut open the cowhide from the wrist joint along the medial midline of the front leg to the midline of the chest.

2, Crack open the cowhide from bottom to top along the midline of the neck.

3, Cut from the midline of the chest and neck to both sides, peel off the skin of the chest and neck, as well as the skin of the front legs, to the shoulders.
