Hind hoof cutting
1, Cut off the ligaments and flesh connecting the tarsal joint with a knife, cut off the hind hoof, number it, and place it in a designated container.

Rail transfer
1, Using a lifting device to assist in the rotation and hanging of the cow carcass, first use a pulley hook to hook one of the cow's hind legs and send the carcass onto the track, and then use another pulley hook to hook the other hind leg of the cow and send it onto the track.
Ligation of anus
1, Artificial ligation
1.1 Put the rubber band on the operator's arm, put the plastic bag back on the same arm, grab the anus and lift it up. The other hand holds a knife and cuts and peels off the anus along all sides, lifting it up about 10cm while cutting.
1.2 Flip the plastic bag over and cover the anus, tie the plastic bag with a rubber band, and insert the tied anus back.
2, Mechanical ligation
Use a specialized ligature to ligate the anus.
3, Ligation requirements
Ligation should be accurate and firm, and should not cause feces to overflow.
