The equipment of the designated pig slaughterhouse can be divided into pre-slaughter equipment, slaughtering facilities, harmless treatment equipment, cleaning and disinfection equipment, necessary auxiliary equipment, as well as cold storage, loading and unloading platforms, etc.

Slaughtering facilities: mainly refer to the equipment in the slaughtering workshop, including ventilation facilities, water supply system, sewage discharge system, lighting facilities, exhaust gas discharge facilities, temporary waste storage facilities.
Cleaning and disinfection facilities: Set up cold and hot water hand washing facilities at the entrance of the workshop and in appropriate positions within the workshop, and prepare cleaning agents and disposable paper towels. The workshop should have clear utensils and containers and disinfection devices, made of non-toxic, corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean materials.
Employee living facilities: including changing rooms, rest rooms, shower rooms, toilets, etc.
Harmless treatment facilities: generally refer to the harmless treatment room and its harmless treatment equipment.
