Storage facility types:
1. Cooling meat (fresh chilled meat) storage: Cooling storage room, temperature range of 0℃ - 4℃.
2. Frozen meat storage: Refrigerated storage facility (frozen storage room), temperature below -18℃.
Refrigerated and frozen storage facilities should be equipped with temperature monitoring devices: The temperature fluctuation in the refrigerated storage room should not exceed ±1℃ per day and night.
Essential facilities for storage facilities: Anti-mold, anti-rat, and anti-insect facilities, such as curtains, screens, rat-proof boards, fly lights, air curtains, etc.
